I don't think that the gender really matters. I have female friends that do the same thing (get a boyfriend and forget their other friends) until something goes wrong in the relationship and then they will be knocking on your door! It is natural to want to be with someone you are romantically involved with a lot, especially in a new relationship. Usually things even out a bit when you have been together for awhile!

I most definitely think it is possible for a guy and a girl to be best friends. My best friend is a guy and I have even been a best man at a wedding. Just keep the door open and make sure you let your friend know you are feeling neglected and do your best to make time for each other. Friends are so important and I know it's hard right now but if you really want that person in your life you sometimes have to take what you can get.

Its normal cuz I have been place in some situations like that before that just shows that that person really means something to you thats all...... you can still be his best buddy and look out for him if you are his buddy as u claim you will be there no matter what or who comes in the way RIGHT!!!!!!! Personally I like when I have a really close girl friend cuz she can help me in my relationship and also someone I can turn to when I am going thru things ya feel me!!!!

Ofcourse! I don't see a problem, if you guys have been friends for a long time just becasue one of you has a special someon doesn't mean you twostill can't be friends. Unless the other feels uncomfortable aboutnit and has no idea how to handle the situation. Then again it could be a controlling bf/gf.

Hellooo! i visit attempt my ultimate right here because of the fact i'm in basic terms sixteen and teenager love is SOO distinctive...XD... yet i think of we've a matching recommendations-set right here...why date somebody, ruin up and smash the friendship, once you could purely be their chum continuously? So is the main substantial reason it fairly is battling you the certainty which you reside so some distance away...? What have you ever get carry of to lose? If he's that loopy approximately you, i'm helpful he would be purely as loopy approximately you, whether you're purely pals. the final relationships start up off as friendship, on account which you have seen one yet another's flaws and strengths, one yet another's desires and what they might supply you in return... And it type of feels to me, you 2 are great properly matched... Why do not you ask him if he does have stable thoughts for you? for sure the guy is head over heels with the certainty that he met somebody as fantabulous as you!!! i actually wish that facilitates. i think of I might desire to take my own suggestion. i've got been harm till now (comparable situation different than not inclusive of distance)...and now i think like I easily have placed my heart in a container and sealed it with seven rolls of duct tape...and that i incredibly much sense like I torture the boys around me...*haha*...i think of i'm going to take my own suggestion too! XD solid luck, and wishing you all the final! Peace, Love, and Lollipops, ~KARiNA~

It is perfectly normal. With that being said if the new girl has caused a break in the relationship you had then he is not really a friend. If he was your friend then you guys would still talk from time to time.

i used to believe this was possible and i know you think a lot of this guy but if his wife isnt his best friend, they dont have a strong communcation line in their marriage and sometimes that is the weekest link

don't let your friend go just because he has a girl now. try to plan one night a week that is your time together. and when you meet someone special, make sure you don't let that affect your friendship.
