well it is not necessary/usual to have a headache even if you are pregnant. and since you are not, it might be becoz of the following reasons --
# skipping the meals
# your eyesight (accomodation power) might have changes
# acute/chronic stress --physical or emotional
try relaxing yourself a bit and take a deep breath. if it still persists, try a optician.
