#1 stop eating in your bed
# 2 change your sheets
#3 find where they are comming from and set out Terro syrup.
They are drawn to it , take it back to the nest and it kills off the other ants. It might take a few days, but if you clean your room and keep it clean, they will only be interested in the terro syrup.

Easy ! Sprinkle camphor powder on your bed in the afternoon. It repels ants and also imparts a nice smell to the sheets.Camphor evaporates and leaves no residue.
Also, maybe you can find out why ants are attracted to your bed. Have been eating in bed and leave crumbs on the sheet? Do you spill sweet drinks or jelly? Ants are also attracted to dark and humid items. Make sure your bed sheets are well aired and clean.

Two part answer:
Step 1 - Sorry, but you've gotta clean up - remove anything that will tempt them.
Step 2 - use a product (depends on where you live as to what it's called) that will prevent them returning.
I had ants tracking a line from the door, right into my sewing room (not a scrap of food in sight in that room)...... I sprayed my door jambs and threshold strips with "Creepy Crawly Spray", and they have not come back.

They are creatures of habit and lay down scent for other ants to follow, so just doing the cleaning will not be enough - you gotta deter them with a repellant.

by using the years, we've had ants getting into the homestead by using electric sockets that are on outdoors dealing with partitions. SoCal residences are infamous porous in view that they are no longer sealed very properly against chilly climate. What I do is bypass outdoors and notice if there desires to be flora (ivy, vines, etc) that are touching the partitions and making it extra handy for his or her march to the homestead. I additionally seek for attractants interior the homestead - infant leaving a juice or milk glass with residue in the window next to their mattress or another secret nutrition or water source. Argentina ants in California basically seek for water indoors (places of work and residences) while it is dry outdoors. So definite, save your room sparkling. Duct tape is slightly drastic; rather placed childproof outlet plugs in that socket after using a touch pyethrin (ant spray) on a humid paper towel and rubbing that around the outdoors of the opening. If it is been a month, i think of you're ok. it is purely ants, no longer cockroaches.

Ants become a nuisance when they enter homes. Instead of spending money on costly pest control, you can get rid of ants by removing the food source and using soap water.

find out the source and where are they coming from! when I had my first apartment we got invaded by big black ants (piss ants) and finally we went to the basement of the building and right under our apartment there was a gigantic ant hill. we poured poisin in it and killed the queen and that ridded the ant problems. P.S. change your sheets and keep the food out of th bed.

Terro syrup is the best! The ants will take it back to their nest and kill the colony. They can't resist the stuff.

Go and build your own army and defeat the ants, they will run away. Keep your habits good as you yourself are inviting them.
