Why can't I create an account with Entropia Universe?

I have tried dozens of times in the last three weeks, nothing works, they will not authorize my account. I am from Washington DC

Did you fill in all of the contact info?
They take the whole "Virtual Economy" thing VERY seriously, especially since they may be paying YOU if you start winning & want to transfer money back to USD. If they think your real-world contact info is bogus they won't let you play.
You may have to submit a SUPPORT CASE.
