there's always letters and phone calls and e-mails. but i think whatever ways matters not. what does is the fact that you make the effort to reach her and let her know how much you miss her. i'm sure she'll appreciate it. btw, good luck with your friendship. may it last despite all things!!

Without more details it's rather difficult to say. If your friend's records have been sealed by request then it should prove rather difficult to contact them, but you have two options either way, as I see it. Firstly, you can attempt to contact Social Services and see if they can tell you her last known address. If this doesn't work (it probably won't), your only other sure attempt would involve hiring a private investigator to look into it for you.

Go to your school councilor and tell them that you want to write a letter to your friend, and then maybe the councilor can help you.

Her parents have knowledge of where she is. Ask them for her contact information.
