you will come around many distance learning universities these days. eg; alagappa, madurai kamraj, symbiosis, manipal, ignou, mdu-rohtak etc,. etc,.

But you have to go for the one which has best market value regardless of its fee structure. In my opinion you go for either Symbiosis / AIMA or any other Good university in B'lore (if u know)

Besides these days even IIMs are offering management oriented courses for experienced professionals through "Niit Imperia"..it would be worthwhile to check all of these

I ll suggest u to do it in Ignou.

Advantages :
User friendly
Cheaper than any other universities. (~700 / paper)
No examination fees
Pay ones and u can be allowed to write 4 times (in case of absence / fail)

Disadvantages

Have to clear entrance
Since attendance is not required people don't attend classes and they loose things.
Only 7% are completing MBA thru Ignou (as the attendance factor comes again)

You can do it from Annamalai university, Algarappa university, Symbosis Pune, IGNOU National Institue of Management etc

indira gandhi open university will be a better university .
