i hate it when people do that - it's so damned childish !!! i had a guy ignore me for 2 whole years, after we'd been friends for ages..... never did find out what i was supposed to have done, but i came to the conclusion that he can't have been a good friend to start with, or he's have wanted to sort the situation out. the only other thing that i can suggest is that u try talking to a mutual friend, see if she's told anyone else why she's upset with u. other than that, there's not much that u can do, other than wait for her to come to her senses, or cut your losses and find other friends to hang out with. good luck.x

Obviously there is a problem with her - and you have asked to no avail. What I would therefore do under these circumstances - drop her a card explaining that you cannot for the life of you think what you have done to upset her (if anything) - dont forget to put that - because it may not be you. She may have underlying problems that she is not ready to talk about. Therefore, when she receives your card and reads what you say, she may then be able to make the first move (not that is a case of that) - but basically open up to you about......whatever.
On closing the notes you put on the card briefly say, when she is ready to talk you will be there. In the mean time you have to pick yourself up and continue to make friends with other people - keeping yourself busy. If of course she never replies then you have new friends and you have reached a new level of your life (which we all do).
I say write to her purely because a telephone call is over as soon as it is finished, whereas a card is something to hold onto I feel.

Move on ..... if she cant give you at least the respect of telling you how you offended her , or at least writing it to you in a letter or email , so that you can either apologize , explain or defend yourself , is she really a best friend , was she , will she ever be ..... Treat others the way you wish to be treated :)

Give yourself a break, if you don't know and she won't tell you then just leave her to it and find yourself new mates. Life is too short to be worrying about it.

Maybe you should give her a little distance for awhile and see if that helps.

Sounds, to me, like, - as PAINFUL, as it may BE, - you got to find a NEW best friend.
