Most hotels, especialy 4-5 stars will not allow unmarried couples to stay in the same room. They will definitely ask for proof of your marriage.
There are some hotels that will allow but you are risking yourself as there are random police checks and they will show you no mercy if you are caught.
Why don't you stay in a friend's flat instead? But preferably in an area where police checks are rare; usually in upscale villages
