usually women slow down and/or stop growing once they start their menses. You may grow a few more inches in your teen years, but you stated that you are 19, so I doubt you will grow any further. Sorry, it's probably not what you wanted to hear. But I am also a female, formerly from ND too and I am 5'3". My family isn't much taller. It is genetic honey. But I also know a lot of men who love short women! If you are concerned about your stature, you can go to the doctor and have them check your thyroid levels and hormone levels, cuz sometimes if they are out of whack, it can lead to stunted growth. Don't know if this will really help now though, but if it is the case, and they catch it, than a lot of other health problems can be avoided. If your levels are all fine, then work what ya got honey! you will still grow till about 24, play some sports like basketball, volleyball and etc.
