how bad is vandalism in your school toilet what do students write or draw...is it in males or females toilet?

at my college the dont draw on the stalls anymore--they just break the doors and stop up toilets

Its pretty horrible at my school
This is the male's toilets and urinals
People dont flush, dont even clean up after themselves
They leave a pretty disgusting mess behind, so we as males usually take the urinals when we can and not go into stalls
Sometimes someone would clog the toilet/urinals by cramming paper towels into where water should go out through. Because its clogged, the next time someone flushes, it overflows.
Its only clean during the night after the janitor cleans it all up
