I recently went to a new friend's house and I almost fainted because this strong demonic-like feeling of hatred and depression, came over me. Scared the hell outta me.

I definitely think it's possible to feel bad vibes from a place or a person you're meeting or seeing for the first time. I grew up in a house that had that bad feeling. My friends used to tell me how bad my house felt. My parents argued all the time and yelled at us constantly. I have also had these bad vibes from people I've met. One guy made the hair on the back of my neck stand up....that's evil!

Yes it is very possible..not all people have the same degree of sensitivity to the negative and positive energies of places and faces..it seems that you are quite transparent
