i have this friend he can sing act and dance. we are located in san diego, CA.he wants to be an actor and he totaly rocks at it. and i was wondering where i can find some auditions for him. its sort of a gift...i guess. i want to know where i can get auditions for serious acting, one that will "launch off" his carrer. he can sing realllyyyy wel so if its for musicals its good too.

I would not recommend agencies at the mall. They are usually selling classes, or showcases, and are not where you will find serious actors.
Contact a local theater company, and ask them where local auditions are posted.
Also, do some research. Google "san diego auditions" and there is a long list.

Have him join a local theater group or community college. networking in these groups will allow him to hear about auditions. Other sources are the trade papers-Backstage, Variety. Some online local film groups may have some notices as well.

The answer above has great ideas. Although, Disney will not look at your audition unless you are with an agency. You could also talk to someone at a local theatre (preferably one with high quality shows) which agencies they like working with.

You can also post your pictures and resume for free.

That depends how old he is. If he is under 17, there are many agents in your local malls looking for people. He can also put his profile on starsearch.com or star.com. I am not sure which one.
