My son is doing a project at school and we can't find the name of it.

A starfish can grow its own limbs back but it's not classed as a reptile/amphibian. Frogs and Salamanders can also grow their own limbs back.

Axelottle's I believe have the ability to grow limbs back, they look like big newts. Some other lizards do, but I can only remember this one as it has a cool sounding name.

i think its gecko's especially that are likely to drop their tails when stressed and will growa form of a tail back. It will be more stumpy and not as long but a tail all the same and therefore replacing its limb

Salamanders can regenerate limbs. More specifically, newts and axolotl.

Salamanders can grow back there tails. They lose them if something is trying to eat them but they grow back just as good.

Not all lizards grow their tails back, only Drop Tail Skinks.

i think lizards drop there tails when threatened by a pretitor and they grow back.

star fish drop there limbs too and these grow into new star fish which is why they have become a pest
