Hi There, would appreciate if you can suggest a most ideal and optimal font along with preferred size for the following,

Official Letters
Power Point Business Presentations
Email Communications

for business stuff I use Times New Roman, Arial/ arial black, Monotype Corsiva, Bookman Old Style, Franklin Gothic Book, and Tahoma.... it just depends on what you're doing :o)

Hello,
I think that:
- for official letters the following fonts are suited: Arial, Tahoma, Verdana, Centabel Book, UnivrstyRoman (not a misspelling)
- for Power point presentations and e-mails you should not use unusual fonts because if they are not installed on the computer of the person hwo receives them, then the fonts will not be displayed.

But, if you like to make your e-mails and presentations great here's a hint: www.dafont.com - it has a bunch of free fonts which you can preview, download and use. So enjoy

Times New Roman is better for official and Email but PowerPoint presentations need stylish fonts such as Lucida Console.

My all time favorite is "Book Antiqua" but I really only use it for titles or headings. I would never write an entire paper with it. Good question and good luck to you :)

times new roman is still the best (size 12)...i guess that's what most universities or companies uses for their reports
