Montel Williams can help you with your problem, probably. Medical clinics that treat low income individuals usually have social workers who can get you into free medication programs. Maybe type in "free medications" in your search program on the computer. You should find something. Do not go to sites that ask for money for this service, they are rip-offs. Contact government officials in your state to get answers. Michigan has great programs for working poor to get medical help. There are lots of answers. Do not pay for answers to this question. If you do all of this research and find no help, ask it again on this site and you should get answers, but if you really search with the above information, you will find help, if not, move to Michigan.

I think it is determined by how much money you have after cost of living.

Example: if you make $7 but don't pay rent because your living with your parents then probably no. So write down your rent, water, electric, food, insurance, gas and $50 a month for clothes and see what happens. If your spending more than your making they'll want to know how. Your credit card debts are not included in your cost of living plan and therefore omitted like they don't exist. Also do you have assets you can sell? They'll want to know that and bank accounts to. Better to get a job that will pay you more and offers insurance.
