For your kind information, i logged as administrator, but i don't know where to activate that. Could you please help me in this?

if regedit has been disabled by the admin, then only the admin or someone with admin rights can get to it.

If you want to keep the option to allow or disable.

Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\System

Value Name: DisableRegistryTools
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = allow regedit, 1 = disable regedit)

To use REGEDIT:
START - RUN - type REGEDIT -
You have to have an Administrator account and be loged on in that account.
