My brother's girlfriend is 9 months pregnant. It takes her an eternity to get out of bed in the morning and it doesn't help that she really has to pee. She looks and feels like a turtle stuck on it's back and needs help being turned over. Does anyone know an easy way to help her get up, she could really use the help!?

Are you a male? If you are a female, have you been pregnant? I am only wondering because you tend to get bigger during that time. I am only 21 weeks and feel almost like a slug. I haven't gained much weight even. I get things done and can't sleep since 2nd trimester, but she has a reason. Best thing is to have someone help her, or she could sit where there is something to push herself up. I feel like a rolly polly already. I get out, but it's annoying. There's no easy ways when your pregnant in my opinion :). I'm not even close to 9 months. I have 14 weeks to go before I even think about being close to giving birth and then I am only 35 weeks. I get up about 30 minutes to go pee and have forgotten what sleep means. She might try a warm bath to help her sleep. She's not got long though. I've still got too many weeks to think of it seems. Also you might have her lay on her side at the edge of the bed so she can get her feet on the floor.

21 weeks pregnant.

Hang a rope or something from the ceiling so she can grab on that and pull herself over? Or tell her to sleep on her side? It would be easier to turn over if she's on her side and better for her anyway.
