Have you or anyone you know gotten pregnant on the pill and using a condom that DID NOT break???? I have heard of this happening but not sure how.

My friend got pregnant on the pill, it can happen if you miss taking any pills especially on the 13, 14, 15 or 16 day after your period.
More of a professional answer: For a variety of reasons, it is very possible to get pregnant on oral contraceptives. The most common is missing a pill, especially in the first few days of a cycle, when ovulation - once triggered - cannot be stopped by the rest of the pills. If you have had an illness, causing vomiting or diarrhoea, you may have thrown up your pill or it may not have been absorbed. Antibiotics, especially those in the penicillin family, may interfere with the absorption and metabolism of the pill.
Even if combined pills are used perfectly (same time every day with none of the above problems) about one in 1,000 women will get pregnant within the first year.
There is no hard evidence that the pill will cause problems for the foetus. You should also start to take a folic acid supplement. I know it is hard to believe but probably true. Go and see your GP, confirm the pregnancy test results and then consider all your options. Your GP will be able to give you advice and support at this time.

Well i was on the pill so my periods are pretty regular.. and now i am almost 2 weeks late.. i'm not sure whats going on however because i have taken a test and it was negative.. but i will let you know if something eventuates from this.. (if i am pregnant after all..!!)

yes my first botn was a pill baby> I know because I gave her the pills myself and watched her take them. I was I the Navy at the time and did'nt want to have kids. Best Wishes

a year ago i got pregnant with my exboyfriends child and we used a condom both times that we had sex... and it didnt break.. i ended up miscarrying. I dont know how it happened.. i just know that it can happen so best of luck to you.

If you are using both pill and condom, the chances are almost nil. Any way trust them and enjoy.
