Is there a free investigation service on the web that can easily track down contact info on unlisted numbers?

I'm trying to do an investigation on a particular cellphone number; I know the first name of the person who owns it and the company it is assigned to (T-Mobile). I don't know the last name and I need the address of this person. I'm trying to have this number blocked from calling my number and maybe some type of restraining order on the person.

You can't have that type of information. If this person is making harassing phone calls, it is up to the phone company to help you. If they are threatening phone calls, the phone company will turn records over to the police.
