Well, I think they actually say you only use 10%, but I think they mean you only use it to10% of its potential, not actually physically 10% of your actual grey matter. You can also refer to someone as left-brained and right-brained but all people use both sides, in some one side is more active. Right brain has to do with art and creativity while left brain has to do with logic.
