Whether human nature will change? Even learn-ed persons also not matured?

I find that in most cases,man is crazy for money: Business man wants to earn money and become number one is his goal: Policticians also haev the same principal:Government Employees also eager to get money out of the way,in addition to their salary they trying to find out ways to earn money: police department ,revenue department, RTO offices, registrar offices & many officials are compelled by the public to get bribe.Then once they entered into the trap then they have no alternate:

When human will become a genuine man neglecting all the above

Human nature cannot be changed but you and me can make a difference, don't bother about what is going around you, i know it hurts a person who is down to earth and his the cultural and ethical values given by his parents, but we can make a difference by making our coming generation to learn the lesson to be matured.

You have and i am matured there will be so many like us. This is the thing which has made a difference to our India.

Sorry it will be a negative approach but human will not be genuie in all cases.

Human nature has not changed for thousands of years, it is the same, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, race, color etc. Everyone has the same failings greed, jealousy, revenge etc. However we can educate the public, mostly the govt. employees that they should be satisfied with their salaries and not expect any bribes. They should also work efficiently and try to be happy within their salaries. The greed of man can never be satisfied, whereas it may be possible to feed the hungry.
