What do you do to protect yourself from online fraud or identity theft?

I NEVER put ANY of my real information on the computer anywhere... Not on the internet or the files I have saved on my computer, like microsoft documents.

Check regularly for "Trojans." These are programs which monitor your every move. Whatever you type, which websites you go to, these intruders send off information, so others can take what is yours away.

Try not to fill out too much. Only fill out mandatory fields, and if you don't think you need to put down true info, then don't. Emails, gaming sites, etc. you don't need real names for those, whereas back accounts and things of the like should probably contain real info. Otherwise you could be the one in trouble!!!!!

Watch out for some sneaky sites. Make sure the sites are confidential. Never give out your personal info unless you really want to.
