I work at an RV park. The pace is usally slow but most of my tenants have govt. assistance. After twenty years of working my butt off I feel like a fool seeing these people live a better lifestyle than myself. I guess I'm just a selfish jerk? Or should I just get out and do something I want in life like C&C machining?

Sitting there with a growing, seething rage isn't good for your health. Get up and do something about it. Do the job that makes you happy. When you do something you love it's easy to be productive and can earn you more money too.

You should always try to better yourself and enjoy you're job....I've been working in factories for 22 yrs. now and have worked my butt off all of these yrs.Every place I ever worked I always tried to learn as much as I could and move up as much as I could. It has paid off.I love the job I have now. It's very stressful at times. But,that's what I'm used to.I now share my experience with new employees, and try to teach them as much as they are willing to learn.I guide them everyday. They look up to me and I make very good money.I'm in management.
