Why is he still the Prime Minister. My history teacher said recently she has no idea why people keep forgiving him and voting him in.

Consider the following:
TAMPA - children overboard; refugees
WMD - Weapons of Mass Destruction (War on Iraq; Pro-Bush)
Interest Rates and GST- He promised we'd have none
AWB - Australian Wheat Board Scandal (Saddam + Corruption)

And you know what? Why did the One Nation Party die?

That's because the Liberal Party just decided to adopt all their policies (like being racist) so there was no need for a One Nation Party! (Thanks to my english teacher)

It's a crying shame, he doesn't support public education, and as I attend a government selective school, he's NEVER going to receive my vote.

I just hope all those idiots that voted for him last time have woken up. If not, i hope they are the first people to get fired or laid off or wages decreased by their new AWA.
I agree with your remark about public education. Howard and Debnam for that matter, couldn't care less about them. they'd rather have everyone attend a snotty private school so they can stop paying teachers wages and forget about education. They live in a false world and don't realise that public education is absolutely bloody fantastic in this country. I hope everyone that attends a public school realises this and votes like you when they turn 18.
Good on you!! I'd be very proud of your political views if i were your parent.
