how much do u think it will cost me to fix that particular area? the rear bumper is fallin apart cus the fender dented(size of the area a DVD) and there is rust on it? i live in canada, how long does it take to get it done?

A body shop can get from $45 to $80.00 an hour for Labor plus parts and materials.It can be done by your self for much less.Knock out dent from behind, sometimes you can use a plunger to pull out a small dent.With a hand grinder or some muscle work, sandpaper, remove the rust.Use a body filler to fill in and then sand or grind the area to a smooth surface.prepaint the area with a 'primer ' a light primer for light colors or a dark primer for dark colors.With some masking tape, tape off the area and get a can or two of the color paint you need to give the final paint job.

Cant tell without seeing it, but I would think you are looking well over $1000 to put it back like new.
Or maybe you just want the dent pounded out and the bumper clips replaced which would be a few hundred
