Your Sun is in a sign of Gemini, your Moon is on the beginning of the Scorpio, and to let you know what's your ascendant ( rising sign) I should know time and place of birth. Ascendant is changing approx. every 2 hours.

actually, u have to mention both of ur birth date and ur birth time to know ur rising sun, moon sign etc.. however u could know ur sun sign by the birth date..
