Seeing this guy give the worst performances of anyone in the 12, and still stick around is just about to turn me into a racist. Every indian in India must be voting for him.

Sanjaya is a pretty boy. GOD is he Pretty. He earns ratings from the under 18 set, and his hair, OMG, his HAIR. The boy is floating on "crush points", just like Justin did. He won't last as a contestant, but might actually end up withhis own Disney channel show. The Pre-teen demographic is HUGE these days (rivalling the baby boomers). It's all about the almighty dollar. His fame and ability to turn profit for producers is all about his look, not his talent. As the great Frank Zappa said, " the tinseltown afficionados come to see and not to hear". Video did INDEED kill the radio star. Duran Duran and New Kids... could not have become music-world "idols" if they looked like Lemmy from "Motorhead" or "Flo and Eddie". In thiese days, image is crucial to rock stardom. Unfortunate, but true. It takes the emphasis off the music and places it squarely on the "image". It is a tragic consequence of the video age. If Mozart lived today, he would take a backseat to K-Fed on the popularity charts, only because he wasn't dressed right.

first let me set the facts rite for you , only american citizens are allowed to vote on idol .. second yeah maybe all the indians living in america are voting for him and theyre sad cause he really does suck .. he cant sing and doesnt even look good.. hes like a creep..... and i dont get why ppl lik e his hair it seems too heavy for him seein the size of his body ... newways i really hope he gets voted off this time cause if he doesnt im gonna stop watchin that show !!

For me it's....Yes!! He sings very horrible, the one good was his hair! He sang not like in the audition, he is a very soft man, and I mean very, very soft. I can understand that...The song he sang was Diana Ross's song because the theme that night was Diana Ross......Thx for the question!

He was the worst, how many times did the judges say not to the best of your abilities? all of his songs were weak I'm shocked they had him on for that long

I agree, he didn't do that song justice at all. It just didn't have that "yo" factor. He should be going home after this performance for sure.
