how long does it take to complete a property purchase in Malaysia?

I want to buy a condo in KL, if my offer was accepted, how long will it usually take before I get the keys?

It really depends on whether the property has encumbrances. It could be no more than a week, or it could take months if there are zone requirements, liens, pending quick deeds for deceased owners, etc.
