yes! this is because the things they somtimes point out on those two shows are actually resnable things that one might not notice at first. It kinda brings out the stupidity of the mass meida and the government and the world politics. Even though i watch for the laughes, it somtimes can be very insightful, and Happy Belated Stephen Colbert Day!!

Keith Olbermann, Tim Russert, Chris Matthews, sometimes Lou Dobbs. But I always always look forward to Stewart and Colbert. And Bill Maher.

Love both of those shows. Their take on things is like a breath of fresh, common sense air.

Colbert is an absolute expert at making conservatives look dumber than a bag of hammers, all while pretending to be a conservative; its comic genius.

If you haven't seen Colbert roasting Bush at last year's White House Correspondent's Dinner...you need to check it out! Hilarious.

Colbert's got juevos muy grandes!

Nope . Sorry , but using "never-beens'' & "has beens" as spokesmouths for the radical left is not worthy of my respect .
These new Democrats count on couch potatoes for mindless adoration from hate mongers imitating comedy. Go figure .

"liberals getting their news from a show on comedy network....gee, why am i not surprised this is where they get their genius talking points"

Right wingers get their news on the comedy channel, FOX news. They don't mean to be funny but with all their lies, they are. Except, conservatives don't have a sense of humor so they don't get the jokes.

Stewart is so well read and extremely funny, great ad libs.

Keith Olberman is brilliant, knows his subjects and is very funny. His "Special Comments" have been so well written, well thought out and right on, they have brought tears to my eyes.

I think they're funny, but its sad so many get their news from two comedy shows. I get most of my news from the BBC, that I stream from the computer at work. Its also slanted, but it's much better than most of what we get in the U.S..
