Dear Brother,
I write to you more as a Brother Knight who have so much respect and admiration for your contributions to perpetuate the memory of our Dr. Jose Rizal.
As far as memories reach, to join the Order of the Knights of Rizal, all Area Commanders and representatives have to vote for you.
