Yes! By worrying about being pregnant, it tricks your body into thinking it's pregnant. My best advice is to give yourself a little more time and stop worrying...go on with your everyday life, if your period hasn't come in the next week or so, take a home pregnancy test and go from there, but don't take the test too soon, because it may show incorrect results. Best wishes to you and if you need any more advice or someone to talk to, feel free to e-mail me.

Yes, It happens. I was scared on the month of january I wasn't even worrying but once my bf told me: What if you get pregnant? I was worried so I was like crazy and getting tested a lot. Without knowing I was so worried that my period came as a 33 days cycle and guess what it came weird so I thought that maybe I did have a miscarriege. It came a lot of brown the same day and it was horrible. It was a full brown on my kotex which is an overnight one. And the second day was brown, third day was light blood, 4th day was brown until the 9th day( I always last 7 days). So I guess you can say it better come that to wait for it to come. It can actually make your period come almost a month late.

Ahhh, our bodies and minds can play nasty tricks on us.. Yes in fact it is true that if you are worried about no getting your period, then you wont get it due to your anxiety.. Anxiety releases endorphins into your body which can cause you to basically stop your own periods, this also happens to people who are so anxious about getting pregnant that they don't, until they relax, breath easy and withdraw it from their minds.. So my advise to you would be to, just push it to the back of your mind, try not to let it stress you out and when you least expect it your period will come.. (that is unless you are pregnant)..

Well, if you worry about it, it could happen due to the stress you're putting on yourself.

But your eating habits, change in your surroundings, exercising, etc can also change your period.

And last but not least. If you've had unprotected sex, obviously you could miss your period. so if it doesn't happen within a few days and whatnot, you should take a pg test.

Yes. It has happened to me more than once. As soon as I'd take a pregnancy test and it would come up neg., I would get my period. Go figure.

yes, your cycle is very very sensitive, worrying and creating stress can make you late/early. Having a cold and putting excess stress on yoru boyd can also make you late/early.

You go through life with your cycle usually changing. This is due to its adjustments to your stress levels.

Yes, tho it has more to do with the stress your putting on your body then you "making" yourself miss it. Hope this helps.

If you love something, let it go. If it doesn't come back, you're pregnant.
