What is a good Video/graphic settings for Elder scrolls IV: Oblivion using my setup?

The game didn't recognize my hardware so it loaded default medium settings... I'm pretty sure I could run it better but well maybe i'm wrong.

Here's my setup:
1 gig of ram
Nvidia 7600Gt
E6600 Core 2 duo 2.4ghz processor

just mess with the settings putting 1 thing up at a time and seeing if there is any performance difference but by the looks of what you got there it could go up a bit...the game wouldnt have recognised the CPU seeing as dual core came out quite a while after the game was released
