Connect your zune to the computer and connect it to the zune software in the computer. Once you've done this go to your zune and select the song that you want to delete and right click and delete them.

When Zune is in automatic sync mode (default): in the Zune software find the track(s) you want to delete, right click on it , click delete. You can delete it from the library only (if you want to keep it on your PC) and the next time you connect Zune, it will be deleted from the player also.
When Zune is on manual sync mode: Connect Zune and go to the Zune Software's left panel under your Zune's name. You can find and delete the track(s) you want from there.
