What you should be complaining about is the grafitti on the walls. That is something that the janitors can deal with pretty quickly. You have every right to be concerned about this but you have to put it to authorities in the proper way.
The truth of the matter is you have no proof that a gay person wrote suggestive remarks on the stall walls.
Also, gay persons don't have special rights to damage public property no more than anyone else or to act inappropriately in a public place. Ask for grafitti to be removed, ask that holes in the stalls be filled, and if you witness inappropriate behavior in a men's room, report it to school personnel.

Simple answer.
Go to the local 'just a dollar' store. Buy some solid-colored tape. When you need to go to the restroom, take the tape with you. Before dropping your drawers, put tape over the holes in the wall.
LOL
When I was yet a prisoner of our lovely public school system, I got into trouble several times for defending myself. I'm a lesbian, and at the time was quite an obvious one. The other kids hated me for it. Well, I was quite docile, kept to myself, that sort of thing. Never started a fight or argument with another student. Well, others took this to mean that I was weak or a coward. So they would come up to me in the halls sometimes, start punching me and/or kicking me for absolutely no reason.
Well, I would defend myself. Most of the time I got into trouble for it, while the other person was either not punished, or given a slap on the wrist. The few times I didn't get into trouble for defending myself against these unprovoked attacks, the offenders were WHITE. And every single time that I *did* get into trouble for defending myself, the other kids were black or hispanic.
I got over it.
Buy some effin' tape, Pantywaist.

they have civil rights and if they came out with a gay restroom there would be a lawsuit and they would win. the best i could tell you is this if they are stareing at you when your at the urinal get the name of the dude you might have a sexual harrasment case and if you wont do that then go through the stall after them i wouldnt tolerate it

I suggest that you try dialing one of the numbers. They are usually police hotlines or people somebody has a grudge against. It is like the adolescent trick of putting up a girls name and number when she has snubbed you.
The highway rest stops have the same problems. Kids think it is a big joke to write stuff like that.

lmao....I think you are a little paranoid bro. Does it really bother you because they are gay or because you have a small penis? They aren't trying to rape you. I agree you should not be in any situation you feel uncomfortable about but c'mon....no one is looking at you.
Have you washed the stalls ever? If not I suggest you do, if you don't want to do that just get a good laugh like the rest of us when you look at that stuff on the walls.
and while you are at it....it's safe to come out of the closet now

Having toilet sex is not a *gay* issue but an issue of *class* and *style* and *self-respect*.
Would it kill gay men to jot down a cute guys number whilst in a public toilet and *play* later? No.
I respect your point, but you're addressing the wrong motivating factor as to why gay guys have toilet sex in the first place. Gay guys and STRAIGHT COUPLES have sex in public toilets for the ADRENALIN RUSH of GETTING AWAY WITH SUBVERSIVE BEHAVIOUR NOT FOR THE SEX ITSELF!!!!!!!
I'm gay. But I can control my sex urges and abstain from public toilet sex because I won't give my body to a stranger in an often unhygienic and physically unsafe environment.
Besides that, sex in public places is illegal, for both gays and straights. Children visit restrooms, too.

Your Admin is wrong. You have rights as well. It is vandalism. Need to bring it up to the student body and get the word out that it is not right no matter who you are.

I have to say your complaint is completely legitimate and in our society of separation that does create a bit of a double standard.
I would write a complaint to the university news paper and the Dean...and if all else fails get some binaca breath spray and if you catch someone peeking at you spray it in their eye.

I would rather have a specified restroom so that I wouldn't have to share a space with some stupid hetero boy that pee's all over the place and doesn't bother washing his hands.
Do your kind even know what hygiene is? Disgusting.

They can't all be occupied at all times by gays. You've changed in locker rooms before ( I assume), and all males are genetically the same.
.....oh wait a minute,...you don't change in locker rooms do you? You're one of those timid guys (with the little wee wee) who doesn't want anyone to see him, and sneaks into the toilet stalls to change,.... RIGHT.
