Im trying to bulk up right now.

On the tub it says drink during or after working out.


Which is more effective to help my muscles get bigger.

drink it after? or during?

After... because after your workout your muscles are ripped and "broken" and protein is what helps them build back up. You don't need protein before a workout, but carbohydrates, for energy. =)

for me i drink it before, it works good before or after its ur choice, during ur workout eat almonds, not salted or roasted regular ones, der a natural source of protien and fat it helps u bulk up!

always after workout as ur muscles are actually building when u r resting . moreover its not a good idea to work out with filled tummy
