take risks with moderation.
2. Highly Risk taker -- ex. Inventor, follow gut instinct type,
can go extremely high or down
extremely low a lot faster than leader #1.
Assumming that both have EQUAL strong characters and moral values.

It depends on what type of leadership role. Something on the large scale I would want someone who was steady, and on the local scale I would want a risk taker.
