Many stupid people think that brazilian are poors, hispanics, speaks spanish, have dark skin and are dreaming about a "green card" to USA.
So, which nation has the more distorted idea regarding the Brazilian reality? And why? Cause the TV news, movies, lies or just lack of culture?

probably America...a lot of Americans think Brazilians have a "certain look" to them when actually Brazilians are just like Americans in that there is not a specific look with them b/c they are such a melting pot of a country, with Africans, whites/Europeans, natives, mestizos, mulattos, people mixed with native and African, or even Asians, which make up a tiny percentage of Brazil, just as in Amercia there are whites, blacks, biracial, Asians, hispanics, etc. Also, Americans seem to think that b/c Brazil is in Latin-America, therfeore Brazilians are hispanics/latinos, when actually that is inaccurate, b/c even though there are some Brazilians who are latinos, not all Brazilians are latino, and Brazil is very mixed, so you couldn't really call Brazilians hispanic.

Yes those persons are unintelligent. I am from South America, and the white there's like white right here (besides probably bolivia). Geez persons, many brazilians are reasonable skinned and blond

I would say the US is the most ignorant about Brazil. Actually, the US is the most ignorant when it comes to any country or culture. What a pity!
