My company just took on some new workers, i think one of them may be a communist. i have found some reading materials around the break room, and all the workers are now taking longer breaks and not working as hard, i think this is the communists doing. How do i get the others to name him, so i don't have to fire all of them?

It is not illegal in the United States to be a communist, so long as you don't openly rebel against the US government. Firing someone simply because of their political stance is just screaming lawsuit.

Why not call a meeting and talk about the productivity and time limits on breaks? In many places where I have worked, I was only allowed 1 lunch break - 30min, and 2 smaller breaks at 15min each.

Of course, this all depends whether you are in the US or not...
