The only option you have at this point is to have the baby and either grow up take care of your baby , or give it up for adoption

God, im sorry but how in the world could you be 6 months along and not realized you were pregnant? Its too late for an abortion. The consiquences of having SEX is you may get PREGNANT! So you need to grow up, find a doctor and get help ASAP! That baby has no fault and needs medical attention. You sound as though your not a bit responsible because you are obviously a kid i think you should give ur baby the gift of life and let someone who really wants him or her to receive it. My sister in law can not have children and she prays to adopt one soon, so there are ppl out there who will love ur child as their own and be WAY better parents.

It is too late for an abortion because the law in most states prohibits late term abortions, but you can check with Planned Parenthood and they will tell you if you can go to a nearby state for a late term procedure. If you must carry the baby to term; You should talk to a doctor and have an amniocentesis done to see if they can find out anything about the child's health also there are some other tests they can do to determine if the child has been harmed.

Please stop drinking, smoking and taking any sort of drugs or medications.

I do have to tell you that if you decide to give the child for adoption you must state to the adoption agencies that you did drink during pregnancy. You child may have problems with fetal alcohol syndrome. If you took any drugs then you should divulge that too.

God Bless.

First of all, I'm glad you're asking and haven't done anything irrational. Irrational because 6 mnths is way far into the pregnancy to terminate. If I were you, I would go to the doctor immediately and begin prenatal care. It's very important. If you are a heavy drinker, get help. I was a heavy drinker and I found out I was pregnant at one month. I stopped cold turkey for the health of my baby and haven't continued. If you are worried that you may have damaged your baby, please consider praying. Pray that he/she is healthy, then go see a doctor and be completely honest with her/him. There may be something they can do to detect any fetal abnormalities. Also, it sounds a little weird that you just found out and think it's 6 months. You should have already felt something or missed your period? Am I missing something? Please get help. Remember that if you don't want this baby, somebody else will!! God bless you.

do NOT get an abortion. killing a child is not the answer. your baby is about fully developed now. terminating the pregnancy is not a good choice, in my opinion.

you need to go to the doctors a.s.a.p. and get some tests done to see if the baby is okay because the slightest amount of alcohol can effect the baby. And since you are a heavy drinker, i wouldn't doubt that something is wrong with the child, but again, i wouldn't terminate the pregnancy. i actually don't think you can after 4 months.

adoption. you're obviously not responsible enough to care for a child (no offense), and I feel like the best result would to be to give the child up for adoption. However you need to do your homework no adoption because it's a big process and there's different types of adoption as well.

But I seriously recommend you going to the doctors asap.

No, I don't think it's too late to have an abortion. Most people will disagree with me and say that the "cut off" point is 12 weeks(3 months). BUT,most places will perform abortions up to 24 weeks (that is 6 months). And if there is something "wrong" with the baby (if it will be born dead), then they will give you an abortion at 7+ months.

Go back to the doctor, and find out EXACTLY how far along you are, then call the abortion clinic A.S.A.P., and talk to them.

If you plan to keep the baby, then you need to get tests done to find out ahead of time whether or not the baby will be born retarded or with fetal alcohol syndrome (because you've been drinking). Then when you get the results of those test, you can start planning on how you will be a mommy of a "normal" child, or a mommy of a "mentally challenged" child.

But, if you decide to abort, then get it done soon, cause time is running out for you, hun.

Good Luck and FINISH SCHOOL!

Yes it is too late for an abortion. You are past 22 weeks and it is against the law for any doctor or clinic here in the U.S. to perform an abortion past the 22nd week because past the 22 week a fetus can be viable, and if it is delievered alive they would HAVE to give it life saving attention. Your other options are to gestate to term and give it up for adoption when it is born or gestate to term and raise it (fetal alcohol syndrome included). So ummmm what was it that made you "realize" that you might be having a baby? Did you come out of a drunken stupor to find it out?

At six months, you are too far along to abort. The best thing is to stop the drinking, take your prenatals, and be good to yourself. Keeping the baby or giving it up for adoption are both big decisions. I hope you have someone you trust that can help you either way, as they are both hard choices.

Abortion depends on your state's laws. I also strongly advise against abortion. Many years from now you will regret it. Your baby may suffer from FAS (fetal alcohol syndrome) but can still lead a fully functioning life. My adopted cousin's birth mother was a heavy drinker, he is now an adult and although he is slower than most, we love him no less than anyone else in our family (he is also married and has 2 children of his own, both kids are perfectly healthy). PLEASE get counseling for your drinking and if you do not want to raise a child, please consider adoption. I'm glad my cousin's birth mother did!

I know you don't want to hear this but I will say it anyway. It is not always about you not now anyway. It is about your child inside you. Think about it you will have to live with your decision the rest of your life.

Month One

Mommy
I am only 8 inches long
but I have all my organs.
I love the sound of your voice.
Every time I hear it
I wave my arms and legs.
The sound of your heart beat
is my favorite lullaby.

Month Two

Mommy
today I learned how to suck my thumb.
If you could see me
you could definitely tell that I am a baby.
I'm not big enough to survive outside my home though.
It is so nice and warm in here.

Month Three

You know what Mommy
I'm a boy!!
I hope that makes you happy.
I always want you to be happy.
I don't like it when you cry.
You sound so sad.
It makes me sad too
and I cry with you even though
you can't hear me.

Month Four

Mommy
my hair is starting to grow.
It is very short and fine
but I will have a lot of it.
I spend a lot of my time exercising.
I can turn my head and curl my fingers and toes
and stretch my arms and legs.
I am becoming quite good at it too.

Month Five

You went to the doctor today.
Mommy, he lied to you.
He said that I'm not a baby.
I am a baby Mommy, your baby.
I think and feel.
Mommy, what's abortion?

Month Six

I can hear that doctor again.
I don't like him.
He seems cold and heartless.
Something is intruding my home.
The doctor called it a needle.
Mommy what is it? It burns!
Please make him stop!
I can't get away from it!
Mommy! HELP me!

Month Seven

Mommy
I am okay.
I am in Jesus's arms.
He is holding me.
He told me about abortion.
Why didn't you want me Mommy?

Every Abortion Is Just . . .

One more heart that was stopped.
Two more eyes that will never see.
Two more hands that will never touch.
Two more legs that will never run.
One more mouth that will never speak.
