Simple answer.... Because you established your email at the Yahoo India. Try to establish another using the Yahoo Philippines. For sure, you can access Yahoo Philippines when you return to your country.
Don't worry. Nothing's wrong with that.

cuz you registered under the 'India' country... ive learned this when i registered for my email add in yahoo & turns to be yahoo.ca (having used canada as the country)

when you've sign up for an email account you where under yahoo.india.. just try again sign-up in yahoo.com only..
