I'm afraid there probably isn't a free place to learn unless you have a family member who does it, or a good friend. Look around online, or ask local people if they've heard of anyone good. I don't know where you live, but you might want to see this link just in case:

Hope this helps, and good luck with the singing! It's one of my passions! ;)

there is no good way to learn singing except by taking lessons. And they cost.
However, check with your school or church choir directors. And with t he other singers in those groups. Somebody is bound to have a recommendation for you.
Is there a university in your area? Chances are, some vocal students would be willing to teach for less money than the profs do. Is there a music store around? do they have some ideas? there are a lot of low-cost options out there. And for heaven's sake, expensive doesn't always equal good!
Best wishes and keep on singing

There are a few matters that you just have got to restrict as a way to know the way to sing bigger. If you have been capable to stir clear of those matters then you'll be capable to sing bigger with out so much attempt as they are going to upgrade your voice, your procedure and your total making a song.

From you bedroom, of course.
A good way to learn is to sing EXACTLY like the vocalist you wanted to 'copy'. If you can imitate 90% of their singing, i'm sure already developed your vocal.
Of course, you need to have your own style and not just being another (of your fav vocalist) wannabe.
It helps a lot.
