I dont think so. The feeling of having to pee sometimes makes it feel good, (for a woman) but if it is really bad then no.

If you can control your baldder, the sex act itself feels good. However, when you reach orgasm you will either:
1. Pee inside her
or
2. Hurt so bad that it will ruin the moment.
