Visiting an elderly lady on Christmas day as Santa Claus. She was wonderful. Smart, funny, gracious, charming, witty and very happy to meet Santa after all these years. Said she could pass on and feel she had led a complete life because of or meeting. She died the following Friday. Her son told me all she talked of the last 4 days was meeting Santa and how good it made her feel.

Saved a woman who had been strangled by her b/f. Literally pulled her throat apart to intubate her. He had crushed most of her available airway. She was non-responsive upon arrival, but I had her breathing and in the ICU in no time. That was about 2 weeks ago.
