For example: What if Frederic Von Anhalt, Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband, had a one night stand with Anna Nicole, commited adultry, and turned out to be the baby's biological father, should he get custody and Daniellynn's inheritance?

Anna's daughter would/should get her money.

The court I am hoping would appoint a guardian for Dannilyn to make sure that the money that is left to her is being spent on her and not on what it should NOT be spent on.

Hopefully the money will go into trust for her and when she turns a certain age she will have access to it.

Zsa Zsa Gabor is over 90 years old. If her husband is the father, he's an adulterer, a user and nothing more than a sperm donor. The other candidates don't seem much better. The baby's money needs to be put in trust and the parasites will drop their quest for her custody.

DNA should determine the father and that's who the baby should live with. Frederic Von Anhalt just wants to be in the news....his wife is in her 90's, he has no money of his own (never has) and now needs a better income than selling titles of "prince" to others.
The mother of Anna Nicole is a real prize and shouldn't be considered. Her daughter disowned her years before she met Howard Stern. She hadn't seen her daughter for 10 years....and all of a sudden she's the grieving mother who needs her daughter buried in texas so she can visit her grave daily.
The father, as determined by DNA, should get custody with a law firm overlooking Dannilynn's fortune. Allowing a reasonable amount used to raise her on a monthly basis but not allowing her Father to blow her money.

Here's an idea. Why doesn't someone involved actually think about the child instead of their pocket-books? That is really all they are worried about. It is a shame that no one seems to give a sh*t about the baby. Anna Nichole wanted her current boyfriend to be recognized as the father, that's why he's on the b-certificate. I am so sick of people screaming about their rights to this & rights to that, what about the baby's rights? What about Anna Nichole's rights? The money should be in trust for Danilynn & her "father" should not have amy access to it. SHe should have someone who is impartial be executor and that should insure that the child has whatever funds are available to her when she reaches a certain age.

I think that what Anna had in her will should stand however if there was no will then the biological father should have all rights to the child and the money should go into a state run trust to be given to her when she turns 21.

I think that the inheritance should be put in a trust for Daniellynn. when she becomes an adult then she can access the trust. But I think that whom ever Daniellyn's real father is should be the one to take custody of her until that time.

yes becuase both guys really seem to beleive that they are the father of the child and i think it is fair for her biological father to get custody of her and be able to raise her. However i do agree that anna nichole smith did want robert k stern to take care of her child too but i really think it should initially be the biological father that takes care of her.

The father would get custody but the money would be put into trust for the baby.

DNA is to determine who the biology father is to the child. However, that does not mean that he will get custody. There are several factors that the court needs to determine before passing judgement on custody.

It may not seem right but, yes, if he is the biological father then he should. I'm glad the judge has ordered it so it will be settled and not in the news so much.

I worded mine wrong, I agree with Cathy on the trust.
