I can't either,and I never noticed it till my boyfriend pointed it out.Now it's almost impossible for me to put it on right when he's watching,b/c we both wind up cracking up!!

Yes, it is. My mouth stays closed, it always has. I think its funny when I see the opened mouth mascara thing!

I can think it but I can't put it into words for men! It's just that your brains don't go there! Same reason she 'smiles' when she puts on lipstick! She needs to fill in the wrinkles! LOL

I have tried to do it, and I can't! I think my eyes don't open far enough when my mouth is closed. Hee--just kidding. But hey, don't question what works--do you think Michael Jordan could dunk as well with his mouth closed? :)

I can't say my mouth is ever open when I put makeup on. I definately don't need it open to do mascara.

Poeople say you cant... but i can... its looks exactly the same as any other time i do it with my mouth open.
but the bottom lashes are harder but it works :)
