If they behave in a way where they desire both sexes sexually. That would be intense flirting towards both sexes.
I know some believe that you don't know if their bisexual, (or gay) unless they tell you, but most people have no real clue what their own sexuality is, and simply tell people what they BELIEVE they are, even if they're really comfused inside. In the way people actually ACT proves everything. Words are just sounds people use to send info to your ears to make your mind believe something.that may or may not be true.

How do you know if someone is straight? Why should it matter unless you want a relationship.
