Both of the above methods will prove to be difficult. YouTube is doing a harsh crackdown on anime episodes right now, and Toonami Jetstream cycles through Naruto episodes one at a time, and it's not close to Ep. #79 right now.
What I suggest you do is go to www.da-anime.org, search for Naruto, and download episode 79 from Season 4. You don't need a t o r r e n t client because it is on Megaupload. You do need a video player that plays real media files, so you'll need to download either Real Player or Real Alternative. The plus side is that the Real files are only about 70 mb.
