My life has been spent adapting to changing situations. So I can say that since I have coped quite well, then I have learned.

I have never adapted to change very well, but I am doing better at it. Those sudden changes though are not my favorites that is for sure.

First I have to see the situation change, then I have to acknowledge that the situation has changed, and then i have to think if situations can really change or only my perception of them. Then I just get really tired and take a nap.

Change is very difficult. I have found that if I remain constant and everything else changes around me, I adapt more easily.

One has little choice but to either stay and adapt or turn to run away. I've done my fair share of both in my young life.

your either adapting...or losing ground. I may not always like it, but I know I have to in order to move on. So yeah, I have learned.
