That your worst fears won't going to materialize just yet? I just got great medical news. I'm really flying right now. Thanks to all of you who supported me. It's not over--my liver is still fragile but it's not malignant. Thanks.

Living in the moment and focusing on the positive are invigorating ways to convince your mind that your soul has the right idea.

The body is inclined toward health, not illness. The body naturally tries to heal itself, if we cooperate.

The liver is the most remarkable organ, able to actually clone itself, after being damaged, and you effectively can 'grow' a new liver, if you get the right nourishment.

Take good care of yourself!

No. I'm at a place where I feel that "Oh my God, I'm always gonna see the world the way I do right now, and I have to live with this the second half of my life."

Hi Ben....congratulations I'm so very happy and glad for you,..... cause you seem like a heck of a nice guy. I'm a few provinces away or I'd have a congratulations party!
Easy does it, and keep on the diet regimen.

Yes, everytime I survive suicide, afterwards I have this feeling that I can only describe as an epiphany. I feel like "I'm glad to be alive. I will be fine. I won't let it lay me down this time." I feel that with a little effort I can make myself feel better about life.

Certainly I have had such moments not so much with regards to myself rather to someone dear.
Iam also most happy to read that things are not as bad as you had first thought.
all the best
