Most men don't shave their nether regions so it has to fall out some time...which usually means at pee time, in the very washroom that you have to clean later that day.
Trust me, I feel your pain (used to clean dorms...ugh, men's were the worst--pee and pubes everywhere, and let's not even think about what else is all over the shower walls).

Not all clean women shave down there, and women can drop pubic hair in the toilets and shower stalls and often do. But as for urinals, how would you know about women cleaning men's urinals? If you think men's bathrooms are gross, you haven't tried cleaning a women's bathroom lately, have you! Women are nasty dirty for public bathroom, and not just with the hair but with nasty tampons and leaving their soiled rags on the floors or blood on the sinks. They may look pretty coming out of the john but they're beasts behind closed door. And never mind the smells they leave behind. You can almost see the trails lingering like deadly vapour from a nuclear leak.

Aaarrhh...I am thinking there may be things going on in those urinals that us women would rather not know about...a mens bathroom in a mall near me got shut downs to these um..."activities". Buy a hazmat suit!

Its like our calling card. In the mens book 101 it states that we are suppose to pluck and drop one pubic hair at each urinal we stop at. That is why they are there. It is an offering so that the cleaners can gather them and make wigs.

Hair falls out, no differnt from woman, we have alot more hair than you do. We do not purposely place the hair there...lol

when im in a public restroom i purposely try to pee on the handle. did you ever notice how your feet stick to the ground in those places? my god, what the heck is on the floors in there????
